These terms cover your use of ndmedia.agency and NDMedia's inquiry and text-messaging features. The website is operated by NDMEDIA LLC, known publicly as NDMedia, an Arizona digital media and marketing business.

Website information and service inquiries

The website describes our services and presents examples of our work. Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not confirm a booking or create a paid service agreement.

The scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment arrangements, and any cancellation or refund terms for a project are established in the separate proposal or agreement accepted for that project.

Portfolio examples illustrate particular creative projects. They do not promise the same business or advertising outcome for another client.

Responsible use

Provide accurate contact information and only submit information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive material, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our forms to send spam.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website and its visitors.

Creative work and third-party content

The site's photography, video, graphics, writing, and branding belong to NDMedia or their respective rights holders. Displaying client work, logos, or other third-party material does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse it.

NDMedia text messages

If you choose SMS communications, NDMEDIA LLC / NDMedia may send messages to the number you provide according to your consent choices. Service-related texts concern your inquiry, appointments, or requested services. Marketing texts, when separately selected, concern NDMedia offers, discounts, or service updates.

Consent to texts is voluntary. It is not required to submit an inquiry or buy services. Marketing and service-related consent are separate choices; entering a phone number or accepting these website terms does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.

The number of messages varies with your requests, activity, and selected message types. Your mobile provider may charge for texts and data, including messages exchanged with us. Ask your provider about your plan's charges.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to a program message. An opt-out confirmation may follow; after that, NDMedia will stop program texts unless you opt in again. You may rejoin by providing new consent through an available NDMedia opt-in method. Tell us if you no longer control a number you previously supplied.

For help, reply HELP, email [email protected], or call 480.294.3475. Text delivery can depend on your carrier and network. Mobile carriers are not responsible if a message arrives late or does not arrive.

Availability and updates

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may contain errors and access may occasionally be interrupted. Contact us to confirm details relevant to a proposed project. Nothing in these terms removes a right or protection that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

We may update these website terms. The date above identifies the current version. Updates do not automatically change a separate project agreement or expand the marketing consent you have given.
