Who we are

NDMEDIA LLC, known publicly as NDMedia ("we," "us," or "our"), provides digital media and marketing services in Arizona. This policy explains how we handle information collected through ndmedia.agency, our inquiry forms, and communications with us about our services.

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to [email protected]. You can also call 480.294.3475.

Information you give us

When you fill out an inquiry form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business or organization name. We also receive any details you choose to share when you contact us about a project or service.

Our forms record your choices about receiving service-related and marketing text messages. Choosing one type of message does not enroll you in the other. Providing a phone number by itself does not mean you have agreed to receive marketing texts.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through our general inquiry forms.

Website and form information

Our hosting, form, and customer relationship management providers may process technical information when you visit the site or submit a form. This can include your IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, referral or campaign information supplied with a link, and submission time.

The technologies that support our website may use cookies, local storage, or similar tools to operate forms, maintain preferences, protect the site from abuse, and understand how visitors reach us. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect some website features.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects, arrange appointments, provide requested services, maintain customer records, and manage our business communications. We also use technical information to operate and troubleshoot the website and reduce spam or misuse.

If you separately choose to receive marketing messages, we may use your contact details for the types of NDMedia updates and offers described when you opt in. Your choice to decline marketing messages does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry or purchasing services.

Providers and other disclosures

We use technology providers, including HighLevel/LeadConnector, to support website hosting, forms, customer records, and communications. Information may be processed by providers performing these functions for NDMedia.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or valid legal request, address fraud or misuse, or protect the rights and safety of NDMedia and others. These purposes do not authorize use of your SMS consent for another company's advertising.

Mobile information and text-message consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in records, including consent choices, are used to operate NDMedia's own messaging program. Providers that help us deliver and administer that program may process the information for those purposes. We do not provide it to other businesses to promote their products or services, or authorize our providers to use it for their own marketing.

Your communication choices

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, the texts you receive depend on the choices you make. Service-related messages concern your inquiry, appointments, or requested services. Separately selected marketing messages may include NDMedia offers, discounts, or service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop program texts, reply STOP to a message from us. For assistance, reply HELP or email [email protected]. See the Terms of Service for additional messaging details.

You can also ask us to stop marketing emails by using an unsubscribe option in a message, when available, or contacting us. We may still need to communicate with you about an active project or a request you made, using an appropriate channel.

Records, security, and privacy requests

Information may remain in our customer and business records while needed to handle your inquiry, provide services, maintain consent and opt-out records, or meet legal and administrative obligations. We may need to retain limited information about an opt-out so that we can continue honoring it.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe information you sent us has been used incorrectly.

You may contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. The action we can take may depend on applicable law and information we need to retain; we will explain any relevant limitation when responding.

Other websites and policy updates

This site may link to third-party websites or media services. Their privacy policies govern information you give them directly. This policy does not describe how NDMedia's clients handle information on their own websites or campaigns.

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.
